Fighting Climate change
We are taking action in the fight against climate change, constantly innovating to reduce the carbon footprint of our infrastructure technology, our business operations and our people. Targeted to reduce our carbon emissions by 10% each year, we are committed to being carbon neutral by 2040, 10 years ahead of the Paris Agreement, signing The Climate Pledge to publicly cement our commitment.
Community focus
We care. We want to help those in our local community and beyond. Our team have created initiatives to support charities, schools and hospitals, fundraising and donating tens of thousands of pounds in the process. We have freely gifted over 10,000 copies of our children’s book, written and published by our employees, to hospitals and charities across the UK, making a real difference to the mental well-being of children in hospital.
Health and wellbeing
Our people are our greatest asset. We provide all staff with a suite of occupational and mental health resources, and encourage and reward them for actively looking after their wellbeing. All employees receive regular mental health awareness training, have access to workplace mental health first aiders, are incentivised to take part in physical exercise, and have access to a gym and healthy food at our headquarters. Following a recent external audit, we achieved an outstanding score against the Government’s core standards as outlined within the ‘Thriving at Work’ framework for workplace mental health.
