About ModuleCo
ModuleCo specialise in off-site built healthcare facilities delivering critical infrastructure to the NHS and private healthcare sector across the UK. We are the market leader in terms of quality of our products and are pioneers in our unique approach to construction. From operating theatres and wards to diagnostic facilities and CSSDs, our projects help healthcare organisations improve care and save lives.
We have delivered over 200 schemes, including more than 150 operating theatres, 40 hospital wards and 30 imaging suites and laboratories. Our team design and build the highest-quality modular healthcare buildings available.
Our approach to off-site construction goes further than any modular healthcare building provider. We complete up to 90% of the facility’s construction off-site, dramatically reducing the on-site programme duration, mitigating project risks and taking disruption away from your hospital campus. With over 15,000m2 of specialist manufacturing space, we are able to exercise close control over quality, health and safety and sustainability, as well as providing cost and programme certainty.
Why Join Our Team?
We’re part of a wider group of innovative off-site construction and modular infrastructure businesses with a strong pedigree and an exciting future. You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team where your ideas will be heard, and your work will help make a real difference.
Our values centre on our people, to enable them to achieve their best in a friendly, inclusive and fulfilling environment that promotes opportunity and rewards merit. You’ll be supported to grow, trusted to lead, and encouraged to bring fresh thinking to our marketing approach.
We take the health and happiness of employees seriously, striving to improve our working environment and ensure our company is a place where employees are proud to work. We offer a leading benefits package, access to mental health wellness and other wellbeing resources, and actively encourage and reward activities that promote exercise and healthy lifestyle.
Since 2019 ModuleCo has been an employee-owned company and this has enabled it to pay all its employees a discretionary, tax free annual bonus of £3,600, which is a key benefit.
In short, we take care of our own.
